Terms & conditions
These are the terms you agree to when you order from Meera Fashion. Please read them — they are short, and they are what we will both rely on if something goes wrong.
Orders
An order is a request to buy, not a completed sale. The sale is made when we confirm your order. We may decline an order — if the item has sold out, if the price or description was wrong, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If you have already paid for an order we decline, we refund you in full. Please check your delivery address and phone number before you confirm. A parcel sent to the address you gave us has been delivered as agreed.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless we say otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but never on an order we have already confirmed. Online payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not see or store your card or UPI details.
Products and photographs
We photograph our products ourselves and describe them as accurately as we can. Colour still varies between screens, and handmade or hand-finished pieces vary slightly between items. That variation is a property of the product, not a defect. Measurements are given as a guide. If a fit matters, message us before you order and we'll check the actual piece for you.
Delivery, exchanges and refunds
Delivery timelines are on our Shipping policy page. Exchanges — accepted within 2 days of delivery — cancellations and refunds are on our Refund & cancellation policy page. Both form part of these terms.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for delivering what you ordered, in the condition described. If we fail, we will replace it or refund you. We are not responsible for losses beyond that — for example, a delay caused by a courier, a natural event, or a strike. Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer law. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you order is the version that applies to your order.
