Shipping policy
Everything about how Meera Fashion gets your order to you — when it leaves us, how long it takes, and what happens when it doesn't.
When we dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation on working days, Monday to Saturday. An order confirmed on a Sunday or a public holiday leaves the next working day. If a piece needs longer — a bridal, made-to-order or stitched piece — its own timeline is shown on the listing, and we confirm the dispatch date with you on WhatsApp rather than after you've waited for it.
How long delivery takes
Most of India: 3 to 6 days after dispatch. Remote and hill-area pincodes can take a few days longer. These are courier estimates, not guarantees — festivals, weather and strikes all stretch them. If a date matters, message us before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether it can be met.
Delivery charges and cash on delivery
Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay, so nothing is added at the end. Where this shop offers cash on delivery, it appears as a payment option at checkout, and any COD charge is shown there before you confirm. We currently ship within India only.
Tracking your parcel
We send your tracking link on WhatsApp as soon as the parcel is picked up. Tracking usually starts updating within 24 hours of dispatch. Please make sure the phone number on your order is the one you actually use — couriers call before delivery, and a missed call is the most common reason a parcel goes back.
Delays, wrong addresses and failed deliveries
If your parcel is clearly stuck, message us with your order number and we will chase the courier. We stay on it until it is delivered or we refund you. If a delivery fails because the address was incomplete or nobody was reachable, the courier returns the parcel to us. We'll re-send it once you cover the second delivery charge, or refund the order minus the delivery cost — your call. Check your parcel at delivery. If it arrives open or damaged, photograph it before you unpack and message us within 48 hours.
